Alzheimer’s is a dreaded problem that we hate to think and talk about. We keep putting it out of our mind. Not me. If I do not think about it it will not get me. Thinking about it may help us not get it, Why? The majority of the brain is not used and needs exercising. Thinking is exercising.

Feed the brain what it needs as well.

Eating the right food is just as important for the brain as it is for the body.

We look in the mirror and see where we are going wrong with the body but because we cannot see the brain we ignore its care. We cannot see the air we breath so we pass it off as well. Can you see the amount of oxygen in the air? Are you getting the right required amount of oxygen out of the air and is it effecting the brain if it is not the right amount. Look at all the pollution in the cities that is effecting the brain.

Are we living too long this day and age.

The average lifespan has increased nearly 30%. Has dementia etc., increased around the polluted world by 30%? What can we do to stop it. One thing? A little bit of everything is good for us but too much of everything is bad. Our bodies are designed to cope with everything be it stress, junk food, lack of sleep, even too much exercise is a problem. Everything in moderation. Doctors can keep our bodies alive longer but not our brains. If we care for a decent long life then look after the brain as well.Look at all the avenues to care for the brain from early in life not wait until symptoms are well and truly taking hold.

There are many ways to help the brain stay healthy and will also help the body.Like the right foods, vitamins, exercises with more than just sitting and looking at TVs. The Mediterranean diet is a good starter with everything else in moderation. Sticking to a diet is habit forming and to encourage it to stay solid then every now and then a day of bad diet maybe once a month is a treat for being good at sticking with it at home.

YOUR BRAIN USE IT OR LOSE IT

There are many good diets around.

Just never forget to give yourself that treat for being good at it. A negative mind will always be looking for a way out of a diet. Stick with it long enough and it will not be a diet but a quality way of life. Now that it is not a diet but your quality of life look at a special brain vitamin as insurance.We have thousands and thousands of vitamins for the body but hardly any just for the brain.
