Whether you like it or not living longer as we all are you will be subjected to Alzheimer’s worry.
Will I or will I not is the question. 80% of the World is negative about most things and more so when we think of our brain. Because we cannot see the brain in the mirror we pretend, no, not I, and dismiss the thought. Doctors can keep our bodies alive longer these days but not our brains. You have to work on it long before it starts to happen as a prevention. Like taking brain only vitamins, eating certain foods, better lifestyles brain exercises, etc.
Your brain works 24/7 day and night awake or not but less than 50% of its capacity. Working on a diet for the mind is a start for neuro-degenerative delay. Minimize your red meat, sweets and not too much cheese while keeping up your poultry, fish, vegetables and legumes will help lower the risk. Some may call it a Mediterranean like diet.
Forget the word diet as it is the way of a healthy life.
Fresh fruit, seeds, nuts, berries will start you on the right track and your red meat should be lean. Less is best especially sweets, deserts, drinks and fatty foods like takeaway. The brain and body always suffer with bad diets effecting cardiovascular problems. Quality blood flowing to the brain carries all the nutrients it needs just as much as it needs quality oxygen.
The heart and brain are only one of, and need all the protection and help they can get be it the right food, healthy oxygen levels, exercise and meditation of some sorts. Talk to your brain out loud in front of a mirror making sure you are looking into your eyes repeating it until your eyes tell your mind you are not lying to your self. Repeat it day and night if necessary while remembering it is your life you are going to win or lose. You are not a cat as you only have one life so treat it with respect.
Use it with care or waste it and die early.

My wife is having 40 treatments of oxygen treatment in hospital at this moment 5 days a week for two months because of her health problems in a hypo Barack decompression chamber.

You must look out for your friends and family. As they age you will see if their memory is failing. They should be wearing a monitoring wristband, especially one that can track their where about and alert carers. I see it on the news, an elderly person missing suffering with dementia.
A woman was lost for 48 hours in the bush and when found by rescuers she was hanging on to tree branches in a river, how lucky was that.
So put yourself on the line and be the master of your own time.
