Your expectations in life are your to set not others in the negative but to copy and follow the positives then out grow to your satisfaction. Many people over the centenaries were called mad for having a vision and going for it. We know the mad ones names but not the negative ones calling them out. Success is always the flower grown from the seeds of failure. Fear is the soil we grow from when positive. Fertilize your mindset with positive vibes that you can control. Start small and grow big any ideas as you go along even if it means two steps forward and one back as it is always an improvement over the negatives. This day and age we live in a fast changing World. No time for this, no time for that, too hard, cannot have what you want etc. Health needs wealth to live and wealth is no good to you with out health as they are a team to create a stable lifestyle. Too much of one and not enough of the other is not team work and creates a break down in lifestyle. Again your choice in life so look around you at people walking by, then see what choice you need first then plan how to go for it.

Is it negative or positively unstoppable then if so it is healthy. A positive attitude is an asset to a long healthy life. A negative life Leeds to a shorter unhappy life of worry, what if, why me, etc. Plan to balance sleep, work and play as one is no good without the other. Plan your eating habits as too much or too little is no good. When you go to a function let your hair down within reason as it is your treat for being consistent for following a quality plan. Make your exercise a fun thing. Overall being positive eases the ups and down life will put in your way.

Will I or will I not is the question. 80% of the World is negative about most things and more so when we think of our brain. Because we cannot see the brain in the mirror we pretend, no, not I, and dismiss the thought. Doctors can keep our bodies alive longer these days but not our brains. You have to work on it long before it starts to happen as a prevention. Like taking brain only vitamins, eating certain foods, better lifestyles brain exercises, etc.

Your brain works 24/7 day and night awake or not but less than 50% of its capacity. Working on a diet for the mind is a start for neuro-degenerative delay. Minimize your red meat, sweets and not too much cheese while keeping up your poultry, fish, vegetables and legumes will help lower the risk. Some may call it a Mediterranean like diet.

Forget the word diet as it is the way of a healthy life.

Fresh fruit, seeds, nuts, berries will start you on the right track and your red meat should be lean. Less is best especially sweets, deserts, drinks and fatty foods like takeaway. The brain and body always suffer with bad diets effecting cardiovascular problems. Quality blood flowing to the brain carries all the nutrients it needs just as much as it needs quality oxygen.

So the saying goes, prevention is better than the cure, repeat it again until it becomes a habit and part of your one and only life. I have decided to take a brain only vitamin because I am worried about getting dementia. Doctors are keeping our bodies alive longer but cannot keep our brains alive at all. We look in a mirror and cannot see our brains so ignore its health. At 75 I am very healthy except for skin cancers caused 50 odd years ago on the beach and in the surf. In those days we thought a sun tan was protection.

With the help of quality food and a reasonable amount of activity weight loss will occur. This is a lifestyle not a diet. Do it enough times and it becomes a habit. It takes a long time to add on weight so the same with losing it. If you go to a function have what ever you desire as it is your treat for sticking to a quality lifestyle. NO SWEET DRINKS so walk past, no buying any bottle and cans of drinks at the shopping centers. Cut back on alcohol as well. Probably too well as I enjoy it when I do have it. Now a day I do not miss it as I can take it or leave it. I think half have of my blog visitors just left this blog. LIVE OR DIE YOUR CHOICE

Eating the right food is just as important for the brain as it is for the body.

We look in the mirror and see where we are going wrong with the body but because we cannot see the brain we ignore its care. We cannot see the air we breath so we pass it off as well. Can you see the amount of oxygen in the air? Are you getting the right required amount of oxygen out of the air and is it effecting the brain if it is not the right amount. Look at all the pollution in the cities that is effecting the brain.

Are we living too long this day and age.

The average lifespan has increased nearly 30%. Has dementia etc., increased around the polluted world by 30%? What can we do to stop it. One thing? A little bit of everything is good for us but too much of everything is bad. The heart rate can vary according to the body’s physical needs, including the need to absorb oxygen and excrete carbon dioxide. It is usually equal or close to the pulse measured at any peripheral point. Activities that can provoke change include physical exercise, sleep, anxiety, stress, illness, and ingestion of drugs.

Many texts cite the normal resting adult human heart rate range from 60–100 bpm.[1] Tachycardia is a fast heart rate, defined as above 100 bpm at rest. Bradycardia is a slow heart rate, defined as below 60 bpm at rest. Several studies, as well as expert consensus indicates that the normal resting adult heart rate is probably closer to a range between 50–90 bpm. During sleep a slow heartbeat with rates around 40–50 bpm is common and is considered normal. When the heart is not beating in a regular pattern, this is referred to as an arrhythmia. Abnormalities of heart rate sometimes indicate disease.

We take our Heart rate for granted.

We treat it badly in a lot of ways by eating the wrong foods, lack of the right exercise etc. We only have one heart so look after it. Poor heart conditions can be in your genies and I know as my wife and her blood relations have not lived long in the past. Due to medical improvements doctors are keeping heart problems under control when monitored properly like my wife is.

WITHOUT IT NO FUTURE

Monitoring heart health should start early in life regardless of age as you only have one. The heart never recovers fully from any health problems so do not try to find out the hard way if you are bullet proof. In 1977 my uncle a DOCTOR went to get out of bed one morning and DIED at a young age of nearly 50 years old.
