Do you think you can out exercise your “All you can eat Diet?” We have all types of equipment to help reduce weight from eating all the wrong foods whether it be fast take away foods or home cooked food over indulged in. I loved swimming when I was young as it was fun with the mates in the pool and catching waves in the surf. All good fun, however I hated having to train in the pool.
Cannot understand why I just kept being beaten by Olympic swimmers. Over indulging with food of any type means having to exercise more. The effort and time for exercising can create problems in the long run. Negativity creeps in with excuses to fall behind with what is needed even when it is fun with mates. It can wain because of the effort and time required to burn the excess calories.
Having a large fries can be about 1025 kilojoules so mean having a 45 minute bike ride. An elite athlete will have trouble out running that diet let alone adding a large beer of 1025 kilojoules so another another 70 minutes on another machine. A burger is 2050 kilojoules while a can of cola is 590 kilojoules. Some fried chicken can get up to 3180 kilojoules. Add them all up and you will never outrun that bad diet. Fast foods, sweets after a meal and flavoured drinks of any type are meant as a treat or am emergency food only not a lifestyle.
I do not eat any of them except when there is a special occasion or as a treat for being sensible with my diet.Always give yourself a treat for being good to stop any urge to desire the wrong food unnecessarily.
Always keep up the exercise every day anyway As a fun thing to enjoy especially with friends. Having very little exercise can be a killer just as much as over indulging. Everything in moderation is the way to go as we are all different. “Food for thought,” You will never out run a bad diet.
