Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money.
Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health.
And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present;
the result being that he does not live in the present or the future;
he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.
– The 14th Dalai Lama.
This day and age we live in a fast changing World. No time for this, no time for that, too hard, cannot have what you want etc. Health needs wealth to live and wealth is no good to you with out health as they are a team to create a stable lifestyle. Too much of one and not enough of the other is not team work and creates a break down in lifestyle. Again your choice in life so look around you at people walking by, then see what choice you need first then plan how to go for it.
Is it negative or positively unstoppable then if so it is healthy. A positive attitude is an asset to a long healthy life. A negative life Leeds to a shorter unhappy life of worry, what if, why me, etc. Plan to balance sleep, work and play as one is no good without the other. Plan your eating habits as too much or too little is no good. When you go to a function let your hair down within reason as it is your treat for being consistent for following a quality plan. Make your exercise a fun thing. Overall being positive eases the ups and down life will put in your way.
